(12/29/2007) Think About This: American's constantly hear about this business of "invoking" democracy throughout the world, do we not? Then why is saving America's very own democracy never mentioned? I know we're a Republic, so don't bore me to death on that historical fact. Just where is it written in our Constitution that America must go around the planet installing a so-called "democracy"? Isn't it strange that we never hear, these days, about the "process of globalization"? Did I miss something here? Or is this just another blip on my radar screen? Understand one thing as 2007 finally fades away: globalization means access to natural resources,cheap labor and higher profits for those giant multi-national corporations! Democracy doesn't need to be invoked. It must come from the bottom up, not the top down - early in 2008 that word will again be heard; not democracy, but globalization! These global elites know exactly when to switch the agenda. Invoking a democracy is getting too expensive, and the "next new war" is just one of the ways they keep score! Think about that when you're celebrating the New Year - those global elites surely will be... and so will those oil producing nations!

Let's break it down this way: A little more than 20 MILLION AN HOUR! - Now I wouldn't dare ruin your coming New Year Eve plans... so until 2008 arrives, we'll just quietly set aside our updates and all of that "breaking news" that's unfolding - besides, we here in America simply don't have the time for it, do we? We'd rather be at the Malls exchanging all that cheap Asian shit we wrapped up just a few short days ago, that most bought on credit anyhow!
 
(12/22/2007) Goodbye 2007, Hello 2008: The most frequent questions we get are about what we think 2008 will bring. I've chosen to answer ONE of those questions on 2008, this evening on December 22nd. As the presidential campaign heats up, one must understand 2008 will change from the "war on terror" to a "war of technique".We'll have plenty more to say on this early in 2008! America's footprint must and WILL remain in the Middle East! As timid as they are, the Republicans still have an ace up their sleeve! Make no mistake: early in 2008, it will unfold very quickly, and the Republican candidate will have the complete "blessing" from some of the world's wealthiest individuals, starting with those in the Defense Industry. After all, it really is all about money and oil, isn't it? Or do you still believe those "lip-syncing" nominees, running around the country, selling and telling this and that? You can't still be that naive, can you?
 
(12/20/2007) Bush said it, and now so does McCain: As I am trying to control my laughter while I type this latest InTheNews update: Bush made the comment that "he gained a sense of Putin's soul" - today, we're getting the latest from none other than Senator McCain (aka Mr.Whisper) and what HE NOW SEES! "Mr.KGB" - Allow me a moment to share with all of you, of what we could only hope to see: Mr. Putin, President Bush and Senator McCain playing a few rounds of Texas Hold'em or maybe a nice quiet game of Chess! I think it should be a mandatory requirement to know "how to read a tell" - in poker jargon, that's knowing what the other guy is holding! Now if we switch to a Chess Game, please... it's no contest either! Time Magazine's choice of " Man of the Year" is obvious to us! I'll make it real easy for you - you don't fuck around with a Bear that has all those natural resources in his claws! There's a few more folks I would enjoy seeing at that table; what about you? We'd find out in a real hurry who can read people correctly! Too bad most people in America today have the same dilemma! They just can't get a read on anyone!
 
(12/18/2007) Dr. Ron Paul: Interesting how he understands "fiat money", illegal compacts with foreign nations, the difference between a just war and an unjust war - he may be a little "light" on our relationship with the State of Israel vs. those Arab Nations, the Patriot Act, wiretapping, border security, our huge energy issues - the list of issues we face are grim, to say the least. What I find most intriguing is his knowledge of the "headlock" our very own American Oligarchy has on this nation, and of the plutocrats in Congress, who disregard the Constitution of the United States completely, and are never held accountable for the criminal actions they commit! Can anyone tell me why that is?
 
(12/18/2007) About That Billboard On Pearl Road: If those words that appear on that billboard seems offensive to a few of you, I can understand. However,that particular billboard may be the only one in our nation that still stands for freedom of speech - that quote on the "ballot box" which appears in the last sentence is correct! It's factual - let me repeat it here: "If the ballot box really did work, they'd make it illegal" - having our webs ite address next to it just identifies who said it! Again, allow me to express no matter how offensive those words that appear on that billboard seem to be, when one understands what's truly taking place in our nation today, those words - no matter how vulgar or profane - are true! To those individuals that find it offensive: from my point of view, that's too damn bad! I want to thank Russell for quoting us on that ballot box issue, and here in Cuyahoga County, need I say more about it? I think not!
 
(12/17/2007) Unrealistic Expectations: Again I must respond to the many e mails we're constantly getting regarding our local mainstream-media outlets here in Cleveland, Ohio. It's all about ratings! It's that simple! It's what I call "easy to do news"! I think we all have unrealistic expectations when it comes to our local broadcasters and radio hosts here in Cleveland! Our local print media is playing catch-up; keeping those advertisers happy is JOB 1! It's that shrinking advertising revenue that has them in a quandary, and God forbid if by chance they come out swinging with the REAL NEWS! Please allow me to repeat myself: it's that simple!
 
(12/16/2007) Only in Cleveland can our mainstream media continue to "not get it"! How in the hell can that happen? Example - we're getting our first taste of winter here in Northeastern Ohio - if you viewed our local tv coverage you'd think its the end of time! Imagine having a stunning, smiling blond pointing to the shoulder of the road, with a patch of ice melting! Only in Cleveland can that be contrived as a fucking news event! Need more of what's being reported as newsworthy? OK, how about another reporter, all wrapped up, mic in hand, standing in front of all those salt trucks, lights flashing, engines roaring - and showing all that road salt being loaded into their beds! WOW! Huh? But wait! It gets better - as you're watching our local newscasts, what do they do? They blast that "weather-alert" beep! Run for your lives! It's snowing! I've lived here for some 59 years, and guess what, zipheads? Every fucking December it gets cold and fucking snows! If you're a new arrival to Northeastern Ohio, you'd swear its the first time it's ever snowed here! In the meantime, our local mainstream media still is nowhere to be found on that "vanishing middle class", that business of the "Master's House" in downtown Cleveland,our deplorable morale factor within our safety forces, or those unorganized criminals running amok! Those are just minor blips on the THEIR radar screen! But wait, let me look outside, yep... it's snowing again! Imagine that! And I don't need Mr. Fucking Doppler to tell me! Whats amusing as I am typing this is my website's address! Hell, I could be consider a "weather pattern" too! Gee, ya think Mr. Doppler can figure that out? Come this January, I'll let you all know.
 
(12/12/2007) The Master's House is in downtown Cleveland! The surrounding neighborhoods/wards are the plantation! The biggest scam ever is about to take place! As I read every word in today's Plain Dealer about the City of Cleveland's economic coma - there it was! This business of "paying off those loans early" translates into "passing on that future revenue to developer, to developer and developer" - for where? (you must read that entire article!!) DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND!!! Hidden in that article IS a new sales tax in the making being paid by us slaves!!! The scam is all worked out! How do I know this? Those neighborhoods like Mt. Pleasant are being sacrificed - except for those plantation workers that are needed to change those sheets, clean those toilets, serve them dinners etc - You can report on that Medical Mart business, or the Convention Center, or the Cleveland Clinic - what I know is the Master's House is in downtown Cleveland - and today's PD proved it!
 
(12/11/2007) The Cat and Mouse Game for 2008: A million words have been written about terrorism, loose nukes, and of course that 3 letter word, OIL! The Bush Administration "game plan" WAS to hand off all that nasty business to the next Administration - however, this looming recession is coming faster than originally estimated. Ever hear of The Depository Trust Corporation from the economic gurus on those 24-hour cable outlets? Bottom line: Former Chairman Alan Greenspan left poor Uncle Ben a real bag of economic doodoo (that's a more polite word than "shit", right?) But when in the hell did I start worry about being polite? I'll leave it to Bush and Company - after all, look how sweet they got with their dealings with Iran! One more point here... seems we're getting hammered again with e-mails about getting back on the airwaves here in Cleveland - get this straight, there's not one fucking radio station in this "Bo-Hunk" town that could allow it and why in the world would I entertain the idea of going back? I'm so far into the future, politically speaking of course! These "Bo-Hunk's" that surround me would have to learn English all over again! How in the hell can that happen here when both men and women are still wearing those ugly babushkas! Remember, we're talking about Cleveland - crossword puzzles, comics and sports, it's all they know, and worse yet, that's all they WANT TO KNOW! Three other words come to my mind here. Go ahead, try and guess what they are! Who knows, maybe you too like those fucking puzzles!

As this Congress gets ready for their Christmas Break, they must again do their Hat Trick of keeping our goverment running! If you or I could run our households like they do, why the fuck get outta bed? But wait - who really gives a rat's ass about what's going on anyhow? Look at Wall Street today, more proof of a completely outta control con-game! Poor Uncle Ben will put more oxygen into the fire, just to keep the 'greatest con game' running - Printing money out of thin air is a wonderful thing, isn't it? The question is, for how much longer can they get away with it?

Also in today's PD Metro Section, page B3, a little tiny article on the left side of the page on RTA and how they're reducing service! Also, today's Business Section: Front page! This is the one that makes me laugh - Local Developer Seeks INNOVATIVE FINANCING for our Warehouse District: Translation? It's time to slurp some more revenue from the "public trough!" You must live in Cuyahoga County to understand how it works here - bottom line,our local plutocracy never uses their own money! Like I always say: "Since the day of Moses Cleaveland,its always has been about LAND DEALS when it comes to Cleveland!" And let's not forget what Moses did to the Indians of that day, and what's changed? Nothing! Except we, who still make Cleveland our home, have replaced those Indians, haven't we? Am I fucking right or what?

These so-called professional journalists that sat and asked some of the most assine questions make it all the worse! Think of it this way: on a daily basis, our goverment ships outs bundles of cash throughout the world. Some may call it "foreign aid." However, I again must ask who speaks for the "Vanishing Middle Class" - who brings up one single question on that Middle Class at any of these Press Conferences? Name him or her! Can you? I can't! We hear constantly about Fair Trade, The War on Terror, The War on Drugs, etc... What about the War on the Vanishing Middle Class? Mark my words - it will be that Vanishing Middle Class that will asked to bail out that fucked up Subprime Lending Crisis - and it will come in some form of a "hamburger-helper tax-scheme" - You won't see it, but you can be damn sure you're gonna feel it!

Freshwater lakes ARE NOW A SCARCE RESOURCE THAT CAN'T BE TOUCHED - fresh water, just like oil, is another nasty issue most Americans are oblivious to. As a life long resident of Cleveland, I can tell you that most people think of Lake Erie as their personal toilet!

Isn't it uncanny how our politicans never address this crisis, much less be asked what will be the remedy to it? Like every other issue we present here,they refuse to engage in a meaningful dialogue and submit viable solutions, other than securing their never-ending position of power. The Vanishing Middle Class of America again will absorb the brunt of it all. Remember that Savings & Loan crisis? Need I ask just who came to the rescue? This time is just won't be that easy! Without a strong Middle Class, how can it?
 
(11/29/2007) Watch RTA cut those "outer-ring" services! RTA receives 1% of all Retail Sales Tax in Cuyahoga County. The biggest single retail sale is, without doubt, New Car Sales! Imagine a Public Transit System depending on that particular industry (New Car Sales) to maintain its service. Compound the reality of rising energy costs! Another little bit of news: "the way I see it",this Euclid Corridor is a form of re-segregating downtown Cleveland! The cost to commute will continue to rise; bringing back an educated work force must also include means of transportation! Yes, it may seem I am reaching here, but with the jobs now on the horizon, you must also have the necessary structures to provide enjoyable housing, clubs, shops, markets and, of course, easy, affordable PUBLIC transportation! Reinventing the City of Cleveland from a manufacturing town into a technical mecca? It is taking place; however, that commute from the suburbs will become expensive and expendable in the next few years! When I mention that "Vanishing Middle Class" that also includes RACE! White flight took place back in the early 60's; imagine our energy issues bringing it back! Having a vibrant-upper Middle Class return to Cleveland is one thing, but if I mention it just may be a form of re-segregating downtown Cleveland, well then... that's another issue, isn't it? Think about it. I am!

My intentions for the entire year of 2008 will be to constantly hammer the mantra: "The Vanishing Middle Class" - the dire consequences of the complete failure of our elected representatives that sold the Middle Class out of the equation! Simply stated for you zipheads: It's now "The Have More's and The Have More's Wanting More"! And these folks don't have to be Americans these days, not on this global plantation we're now all residing in. Come 2008, this Administration will try to explain it differently, and it won't matter a damn bit to us how they spin it! I already know what they can't do - save that Middle Class of America! Millions of "baby boomers" will hit retirement in 2008, when people born in 1946 reach Social Security's early retirement age of 62! From 2008 until 2025, another large crop of these baby boomers will reach 62 years of age EACH YEAR! When the taxes don't cover the benefits, what's the plan to deal with it? Anybody have a clue here? How our government will handle this coming dilemma and its full impact on all retirees will resemble someone buying their own bullets for their personal firing squad, for their own execution! The plan "on paper" cannot sustain what's to come; the biggest fear will then become "outliving your money"! Now tell me, which politican will address this coming crisis? Next: Private Pension Funds! Another nightmare in 2008, unless you're a goverment employee, locked in on that wonderful scam titled: PERS!

Just where in the fuck do you think those items they're buying will be some 4 months from now? It is only a matter of time before that rising tide of Sunni extremism and the fast-flowing current of nuclear exports find common cause and realize their apocalyptic intent! 2008 Pakistan, Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan - a deadly combination for the foreseeable future!
 
(11/21/2007) The Day Before Thanksgiving: I really wanted to avoid any posting today and tomorrow, but after reading this morning's only major daily (The Cleveland Plain Dealer) I must: Again, it's our falling dollar - oil continues its skyward journey, to prices that will make you sweat; the Right to Bear Arms could die with the coming ruling on D.C's ban, which could rewrite gun-control laws nationwide; a phony job report; Freddie Mac's $2 Billion loss, which, to me, translates to more credit turmoil - and again, it's our local daily making the most obscene feeble attempt to "dress this turkey" within its editorial pages, to say what? GIVE THANKS? Thanks for what? Stupidity? For allowing what once was "deemed" the greatest nation on the Earth to decline faster every passing minute? For refusing to address this nation's "plutocracy at work" - your continued folly-masquerading-as-journalism is lower than whale shit to me! Censorship is thriving here in Cleveland, and today's morning paper proves it! Puff-Journalism! However, I must also add, our dumbed down American public is also complacent, and it's that very fact that makes my outrage about what was written in todays PD truly futile - after all, here in Cleveland, finding the real news is like finding a crime-free zone, and that is fucking impossible! So while these journalists "give thanks" - I won't! How can any educated citizen give thanks for what's happening to us, our children, our grandchildren and most of all, to the world they will reside in after we're gone?

Emerging markets early in 2008 will make our currency woes worse than today's posting of November 19th. 2008 will begin our biggest economic slowdown since the Great Depression. Remember, in that era, oil was plentiful and inexpensive! America had all the oil it needed to SURVIVE! 2008? Hell, even the numbers on our strategic reserves will come into question!!! Tell me friends, who in the fuck ever mentions our strategic oil reserves these days? Don't allow yourself to be that naive. Call your legislators and tell them what you're reading here - it's all the proof you'll need! Like I keep saying, "Welcome to the Future" - America can no longer deny what we know is taking place!

Even The Cleveland Clinic, right here in my hometown, is now expanding their facilities in Dubai! Dubai, with its endless reserve of "petro-dollars" - within that vast Kingdom, the entire world will come to them, where the oil is the closest and easiest to refine (for now, anyway). When one understands that precious commodity (oil) and the real future of that commodity - Dubai is now the center of today's world for economic growth! Let me remind you, how come America has not built a new refinery since the late 70's? Do you have any idea where the newest locations are under construction this very minute? 2008 WILL be the year most of the American motoring public will learn all about that precious commodity of oil, and the real power that goes with it! Remember, the plutocracy of which I speak cares not for where they live, but for the future fortunes they can make! Again, 2008 may be the year America becomes expendable for that very plutocracy I loath and completely despise! What's truly brilliant is: they don't hide their greed or contempt, they do it in plain view for every American to witness.

Early in 2008, the rest of America is going to see what we already know! A deep and long recession-or even worse!

Saudi Arabia is now employing upwards of 35,000 more people in their already powerful "oil security" forces - insuring their aging oilfields from any potential terrorist strikes! 2008 will be the year of energy security, worldwide. Mexico and Canada, too, must find the manpower to insure their oil producing fields continue to function against that potential threat. 2008, in one word, will become "chaotic". One other point here: while most Americans are thumbing through all those glossy ads of cheap Asian goods during these upcoming holidays, do I need to say anything more on what's coming in 2008? YOU BET I DO! As you can already see, I've begun! "Welcome to the Future", right fucking now!

(11/7/2007) What Do You Expect? From the local e-mails we're getting today, there's not much I can do, unless we're either asked or invited on our "local airways" here in Cleveland... Yes, I know of your many concerns on the falling dollar, the spike at the pumps, and all of the rest we address within our site. Even our local paper, the Plain Dealer, and some of the journalists that work for that publication, are stricken with either a loss of vision or hearing. I won't name them, but they know who they are... for the most part, these professionals must think with their wallet first - job security is more important than revealing, or reporting, discussing and debating the real issues. What's truly baffling here is, outside of this region, our phones are off the hook, college radio is now consuming most of my time, along with many of my close confidants, striving every day with more credible data than I can handle. For those of you that make your home here in Northeast Ohio, it's only a matter of time before the mainstream media must finally confront the reality of what we talk about (including my use of profanity). (11/6/2007) Gas-Gangs! Here in Cleveland, we must prepare for what I know is about to take place! Our undermanned police force makes it a certainity! Every parked vehicle is a potential target! Right now we hear about those converters being hacked off at many of our city's new car dealers, service stations and of course public parking lots. Our local media is still not reporting what WILL BE TAKING PLACE! I've studied this energy issue for longer than I care to think about, and make no mistake, here in Cleveland it will be a very serious situtation. Already we're hearing reports on those states afflicted with water shortages, and their problems. Once gas gets to 4.00 a gallon, it's going to get very ugly here, very fast. Our local elite is not prepared to address this coming crisis... I am.

Now mind you, this region is a huge Democractic stronghold (I'd rather call it a minefield of dummies). Alas, the whole economic forecast within our local housing stock may indeed never really recover from it! What will "break the camel's back here"? Soaring energy costs - Remember my 3'E's! It's taking place, right here in Cleveland, Ohio, and unlike that slogan "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" - Not with these issues, Vegas or Cleveland, there's no easy outs when it comes to energy, economics and the enviornment!

Uncontrollable inflation, which will further erode our "world reserve" currency. In essence, in 1913 when the unconstitutional Federal Reserve act was passed into law, this nation stopped "coining honest money" - and there lies the crux of it all. These miscreants that run amok on our streets have no fear of any consequences from their cowardly acts! Let's not lie to ourselves here anymore; Clevelanders are now held captive in their own homes! Their homes have become their own personal prison cells! (8/27/2007) Circle September 18th! If the Fed does not lower intrest rates at their famous gathering, it'll get real ugly, real fast! My hunch is that Uncle Ben won't, and Wall St. will become more "headline news" - lowering the rate of intrest cannot revive an already "maxed-out" consumer! Credit card debt levels are at a all time high, and with the "jingle bell season" just around the corner, it'll be a boo-hoo season for many of those who juggle their cards to survive, or worse yet, pretend all is well in their debt-ridden lives! At a rate of some 18 to 25%, with that kind of "juice" running, just where in the hell do they think they're going anyhow?

Here's another silent tidbit that none mentions, much less reports on: Cleveland's underground economy! Think of our city with 2 economies! I have read many books on the $700 BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY; one that I recommend is titled The Dark Alliance, written by Gary Webb, who did work right here in Cleveland! That industry, of course, is DRUGS! Like Heroin! Finally,let me add that our "plantation system" is just changing form! Think of Cleveland as a "Honor Prison System"! What's really baffling here is our very own local drug cartels and the massive international drug business doing what they do best, providing the product in the best of times and in the worst of times!
