Any nation that has Oil or natural gas will, without doubt, get special attention from President Bush! However, I will state here that the 21st Century will be "The Asian Century " - and the rest of the world already knows it! Quit complaining... after all,look what you're wearing and driving!!

The 3-T's: It's part of the solution here in Cleveland - and guess what, folks, not one politican will discuss it with me! The reason is, they'll be out of a job! Their idea of an economic boost is placing red-light camera's that shoot our local motorists, sending the violation by mail and wait for the checks... Only In Cleveland! Can Cleveland's economic well-being hinge on Wal-Marts, spy cameras, parking meters, or any other "well-thought-out plan" from these public officers? Can anyone tell me their vision in a "peak-oil" world? How is it that in Europe or even China, they're preparing for it... and we here in the good ol' rustbelt are continuing to rust! Hell, if you put your ear up to City Hall, late at night, you can actually hear it rusting away! I mean it... try it yourself. I have!
 
Big Ben: The new chairman of the Federal Reserve must deal with the falling dollar... their cure will be to "take down" the housing market! I see huge inflation on the horizon - all food and energy related! Stay tuned, sports fans... there's more to come! (But first you must get your heads outta your asses!)
 
Larry King's May 17th Show: What they did not mention at all was peak oil! The CEO of Chevron sat there and never mentioned a word of it. What's worse than that: that Congresswoman from Texas thinks technology will save us. Excuse me, lady... how fast can it come? And to think these so-called "intellectuals" govern our nation!

May 19th, 2006. Guess Who Says The Housing Market is Over? None other than Dr. Alan Greenspan! After "sweating" all the equity out of our homes, how convenient it is for the newly retired former Head of the Fed to finally say the truth... Gee, whats next on his lips? Peak Oil? Bet your ass it is!
 
The mainstream media will never say it. I will. It's all a set-up for the 2008 election. All this bullshit about securing our borders - the reality is this: it is simply brillant planning on the part of those who cling to a system that gives them power! And in order for it to work, the new "working poor" (once called the Middle-Class) will now begin attacking each other, rather than holding their own ruling elite responsible for the many promises made in the name of globalization. In effect, the promises they oversold to the American people are completely lost in the "border wars". Disorder and Disarray is a strategy that will insure that whoever runs against the GOP loses! And I already know who will run to lose in 2008! Thats right, 2008! Let me add here - do you honestly think its the American people that decides who wins? In the those dimly-lighted back rooms, deep in the bowls of our Capitol, the actual quote is: "Are you fucking nuts"!
 
Snooping: Our laws must catch up to the technology of today, in order to save our Fourth Amendment rights. Or, should I say, "what's left of them"?
 
Just Think: What if ABC actually made a real movie about those globalists that think global reduction is the mere application of ridding the world of, and I quote... "useless eaters or human shit factories"! Have any idea who said that? And he's still around...
 
Our Federal Debt: As of May 10th, every "real" American owes $28,000. Now, can someone tell me just what's the plan to reduce that debt? Printing more worthless I.O.U's? (That's really those lovely Federal Reserve Notes you all carry!) The real secret here is that The Fed must keep the dollar pegged to the price of a barrel of oil, in order to keep the game going. Too bad most Americans just "don't get it." When you hear all that talk about inflation, don't get upset! I have the answer right here... "things don't cost more, it just takes more money to buy them!" Now, doesn't that make you feel better? If not, let's try this one... "without debt, who needs money?" Think about that!
 
Rule of 70: A simple math test that Big Oil doesn't want you to know... OK, Class, get your thinking caps on. If the depletion rate is a mere 2% per year, how long do we have before we're in "past-peak" oil? Now remember, the world consumes about 84 millions barrels of oil per day. What if the Super Giants are at a 7% depletion rate, not at the recorded 2%? Just what will be the rate of descent,if we're at 7%? I know most of you can't do simple math... but you're all about to get real healthy, pushing your cars uphill! Just think of the muscles you're going to have! And you'll stay warm this winter doing it!! Ain't it great?
 
What's All The Fuss About? If... I repeat, IF... you had read all of our InTheNews pages throughout our entire "weblife," nothing taking place today would come as a surprise to you. Now comes the hardest part of all, but I honestly don't think you can handle it, much less comprehend it... after all, if it's not on the television, it can't be true, right? Those Oil Service Companies: The average age of workers in this industry is over 50 years of age, and it's becoming very difficult to recruit to a high-tech field that requires a seven day week and 24-hour on-call status. (Source:Financial Times, April 5th, page 19) This publication has covered the oil-crisis extremely well! When I address the oil issues, it's apparent to me that if it's not reported on the nightly newscast, Peak-Oil "can't" be true! Isn't it strange however, that the oil producers themselves will not address it openly? In fact, they can only "reconfigure" the inventory on a daily basis. How I wish I could speak to those bean counters!

Gas-Rationing: Time to talk about it... with global depletion running at 4 to 6% - the timeframe we're looking at is around 17 months from today, Mar.29th, 2006. Ask yourself this question... the world consumes around 86 billion barrels of oil per day, and rising... what happens when it becomes much costlier and harder to reach and refine? And the whole world is sucking on the same straw, just like one big milkshake. What happens when we hit the bottom of the that "milkshake"? Do you think Royal Dutch Shell or Exxon can just slip you another straw? Or would it be a more expensive "shake"? Think about it!

March 20, 2006: Cleveland City Club: The most important question of all was not asked by anyone today - except by me. Do you think anyone from our local media here in Cleveland could air it?
 
Amusing day for us Clevelanders yesterday (March 20th). President Bush surely felt welcomed among those pre-selected folks that showed up at our City Club - however the real news was in today's Plain Dealer (page A6, upper left corner) which read: "Bush Signs Bill To Raise Debt Limit." What a difference a day makes... this administration putting its spin on reality every day, and driving us deeper in debt! Too bad all of those local elites didn't ask the question "just how will we pay off the debt we're running up on a daily basis?" But then again, could they?
 
Confrontation or Cooperation: It's these two words that the international community will face when it comes to Iran! Iran's memory of the West, with its constant meddling over many years, must not be repeated. It's not 1953. Iran looms larger on the radar screen with each passing day. Iran, in the coming weeks, may become the ultimate test of America's leadership.
 
Oil Output: Projected outlook... pump less, charge more. Create any number of barrels per day; what will it matter? Besides, just who is counting? If you're the scorekeeper - its a win-win. The blame game will reach levels way beyond the Homer Simpsons of America - and thats just the way they like it! Can I make it any easier for all of you to understand just what the fuck is going on here?

Let's just cough it all up and call it the Republic of Mexico; convert California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and a little bit of Colorado, just for fun! After all, look how they mobilized, demanding justice! Too bad those jobs they have now will eventually turn into street battles - these future economic losers will be the first to get the taste of our energy woes! Contrary to what Vice-President Cheney said back in 2003... "deficits don't matter"... deficits most certainly DO matter! The important implication that I am talking about here is the fact we consumers, along with the weakening dollar, have actually increased our trade deficit due to our excessive energy consumption. A more important point, which I never see reported about anywhere: for the 1st time since World War II, American consumers are no longer immune to effects of currency risks regarding international oil/energy purchases! It is, in reality, the U.S. dollar's supremacy for oil pricing that puts our World Reserve Currency in jeopardy. Question is: will Congress address it? And if so, what can they really do about it?
 
The Unspoken Oil-Currency War Between The US and EU: Does the date of September 24th, 2000 mean anything to you? May I suggest you get a copy of the book titled Petrodollar Warfare by William R.Clark - page 28. Read it - then call me! I'll explain what will happen in 2007. Yes, 2007!

The United States May Be A Democracy... But Americans do not have much impact on US foreign policy. They do not choose the governments' allies and adversaries. Americans do not vote on the foreign aid agenda... therein lies the heart of our problem, and nothing or no one will ever stop it! Where what we need to consume exists, we'll get it, one way or the other. One other note: The rest of world needs it too... Lights, Heat and Food! 2006 will begin with what I call the "Menu of Pain" for us baby-boomers! Those lovely promises of a secure retirement are now being threatened. Question is, what can we really do about it? The real fear here is outliving your money! Washington's only answer will be to increase the federal tax rate, or cut federal discretionary spending by 106%, which of course is impossible. Their delay in confronting this issue will be nothing but brutal for our future taxpayers!
 
If the U.S.Constitution were to be written today, by true scholars of today, it would probably include specific articles or amendments to protect individuals from economic exploitation! A goverment that is too weak to protect its people and its natural resources from that very same economic exploitation is no less a threat to sustainability than is a goverment that is so strong that people cannot protect themselves from political exploitation! Question: for how much longer will We, The People let this continue?
