History
- The Mural building has been rented by the City of Cleveland for over twenty years. With the amount of money paid in rent the city could have built a brand new building which would have been more cost effective in the long run. The city would own it! This building has been flooding and now the roof is leaking. Some employees have become ill.
- Why does the administration want to move to the Hanna Building? There are other existing facilities that operate specialized testing requiring equipment and labs to operate. Why would the city want to abandon the existing facilities located in city owned buildings and move them to the Hanna Building?
- Parking for employees would be about $50 - $60/month.
- What about residents when they come down town for complaints and additional assistance they would need. Where are they going to park? If they do park how much is it going to cost them?
- The logistics for locating to this area are going to be a nightmare.
- There are existing facilities owned by the city that could possibly serve the purpose.
